I'm Kaye
I know how heavy this season can feel because I’ve lived it. I didn’t start with a clear plan or a perfect system. I was a working student just figuring things out as I went. Then I became a mom, and everything shifted. Time became limited, decisions felt heavier, and the pressure to make something work became real. I couldn’t afford to keep guessing, so I started building slowly, imperfectly, but intentionally. I tested, made mistakes, and learned how to move forward even when I wasn’t fully ready.
Today, I’m an entrepreneur, business strategist, and founder of a VA agency supporting CEOs and founders globally. I’ve trained over 300 professionals and worked with more than 30 international companies, helping them simplify operations, delegate effectively, and scale with structure. But beyond all of that, my most important role is being a mom while building businesses that actually work with my life. And what I’ve learned is this. It’s not that moms aren’t capable. It’s that most are trying to build alone, without clarity, without structure, and without the right support system.
